Leon Kotovich - President and Chief Executive Officer
Leon Kotovich is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of agileSEQUENT, bringing over 20 years of broad experience in managing and growing high technology companies. His experience includes leading product marketing, product management, software engineering, and professional services organizations.
Most recently, Leon Kotovich was Vice President of Product Development, at TMA Resources, Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive software and services solutions for the non-profit industry. He was responsible for the entire product development lifecycle of the company’s product portfolio and also served as a member of the company’s executive planning committee.
Leon Kotovich also led product management activities at Cordiem, an enterprise software company founded by world’s largest airlines and three aerospace manufacturers to provide supply chain solutions for the aviation industry. While at Cordiem, Leon Kotovich was instrumental in formulating and launching several industry-leading products, including Repair Order Tracking and Inventory Collaboration. These products generated over $25M in revenue during the first two years of product availability.
Leon Kotovich built and grew a regional professional services organization at BroadVision, an enterprise software company providing e-Commerce infrastructure, content management, and portal solutions. During his tenure at BroadVision, company’s annual revenues grew from $30M to over $200M. While at BroadVision, Leon Kotovich led the team that developed and launched several large-scale e-Commerce properties, including HomeDepot.com.
Leon Kotovich also held senior information technology management roles at ATKearney, IBM, PepsiCo, and Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Kotovich earned Bachelor of Business Administration / Management Information Systems degree (graduating magna cum laude) from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY.
